Any damaged product needs to be reported within 14 days of receipt by calling Customer Service at 1-800-621-1008. If damaged packaging caused product damage, please retain original packaging and contact Customer Service for returns handling.Credit for returns will be issued in accordance with our Return Policy: Books and other materials in saleable condition may be returned within six months of the date on your invoice.
